Here are a few links to things I’ve read this week.
A word about Instagram – regardless of which social media tools your children use (or may use in the future) this article gives some serious food for thought for us parents who will be helping our kids through the issues that social media raise.
Ann Voskamp talks about finding focus in the day of distractions (technology) – including a free print out. Lots to keep working on!
Lots of journaling ideas (notebooking) for topics a-z (10 day series)
I read this ebook this week: Sibling Squabbles. A very helpful read – didn’t take long to read and yet rich with thought.
A series on Hospitality. I have read a few of these posts – the author is encouraging us to think outside of our excuses and be hospitable (as the Bible commands).
This review on a book discussing the Beatitudes, Crucifying Morality, may well be our Sunday breakfast discussion. In particular I’d like to talk to my kids about what happens after we meet Jesus and do people see us as followers of Christ.
I’m getting excited about heading east for the Mum Heart Conference. If you are an Australian reader – have you considered coming along?
