This is a summary from my daily devotional reader: Word for Today.
This question jumped off the page at me: Am I going to burn out before I complete what God has for me?
- Change eating habits
- Set clear goals dont be controlled by mindless routine
- Define and Resolve your problems (act before they become chronic)
- Dont veg on TV instead wait upon the Lord (Use my time wisely)
- Start saying no stop the overload
- Take a break find time to recharge (change of pace and/or scenery)
- Get to bed earlier
- Start exercising
- Tap into the power of Gods Word meditate on His Word daily
Some of these points Im doing okay with others hit right to the heart and I know I need to do better.
